Reports are generated automatically from international databases. If a car isn't there (for example from the Korean or European domestic market), our experts prepare the report from other sources and you'll usually get an email within 24 hours. In this case no money is refunded — you receive the report.
Technical errors
If a report cannot be prepared for technical reasons or no source has any data, our support team restores your report limit.

Write to — or WhatsApp with your order number (shown on the receipt) and the VIN.
Timelines
Refund decisions are made within 24 hours. Funds may take 3–10 business days to reach your card depending on the bank.
Non-refundable cases
If the report was delivered with data and the VIN was entered correctly, refunds for reasons like "I didn't buy the car" are not provided. If you entered a wrong VIN, contact support — we'll prepare the report for the correct VIN.
